Does It Hold Up

This was kind of the last hurrah for Anthony Michael Hall as a movie star. I don't begrudge RDJ calling it a "genius scene" because he had a good time improvising with his friend, but nothing about this is or was genius.

2 Reasons to See It

1. You saw Johnny Be Good and thought, "Please! Give me more!"
2. Someone gives you a free copy.

Overall

It looks like making this movie was way more fun than watching it.

If You Like It

You might also like Johnny Be Good (1987), Weird Science (1985), that season of SNL that Lorne Michaels wants to pretend never happened
